Common Questions

Before you book.

Yes. A senior project lead visits your property, walks the site, reviews your goals, and gives you a written feasibility report — including realistic cost ranges and timeline — at no charge. We do this because qualified projects close at much higher rates when both sides have full information upfront.

Within 4 business hours, a project lead emails you to confirm your inquiry and propose 2–3 assessment time slots. The assessment itself takes 45–60 minutes. You'll receive your written feasibility report within 5 business days of the visit.

Yes — we serve the entire Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, and Oshawa. Different municipalities have different by-laws; we handle all of it.

Absolutely. Most of our best projects start as "I'm just exploring" conversations 6–12 months before construction. Early planning is when the biggest savings happen — we can flag financing programs (federal $80K loan, 20-year DC deferral), permit timing, and design choices that compound over the project.
